Helder Manuel Veríssimo Silvestre, born in Lisbon, graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra in 1996. After completing his General Internship at the University of Coimbra Hospitals, he began his Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Internship at the Hospital de São José in Lisbon, where he undertook several internships and training courses outside Portugal, most notably at the Pitanguy Clinic in Rio de Janeiro and the Zarzuela Private Hospital.
He obtained the title of Specialist in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in 2004 with a final grade of 18.5. He spent four years as a specialist at the Hospital de São José and has since dedicated himself to private practice in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery.
